Phil and his staff have completed the external audits for Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District for several years. The audit provides independant and objective information to our staff. LOID is contiually looking for ways to improve. The external audit is completed annually and is reviewed by the Board of Directors. Phil and his staff make suggestions and recommendations regarding the internal control procedures, risk management, and goverence of LOID.
