Finance
The Financial Manager provides financial management and operational support to the District Manager and the Board of Directors. Services provided include accounting, budgeting, long-range financial planning, cash management, purchasing, payroll, audit coordination and collection. The Financial Manager also provides management support through analysis and reporting on the District's fiscal transactions and monitors the District's compliance to policies, regulations, procedures and state statutes.
The District's fiscal year is July 1 to June 30. Under Idaho State Code, the District has an independent audit conducted at the close of each fiscal year.
