Billing and Rates
Rates are adjusted based on increases in regulatory standards, water costs, operations, and the need to replace an aging infrastructure.  Rates, costs, and services are reviewed at a budget hearing which is conducted the first Thursday of June each year.  The rates are approved or rejected by the Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District's Board of Directors and the regular board meeting scheduled for the first Wednesday in June each year.
