Billing Cycles
When Do I get my bill?
Your domestic water is billed quarterly.
Domestic water is metered and billed on use.
Your domestic bill is for the past 3 months of water use.
The billing section routes use the first two numbers of your account number to determine when you bill is sent:
Section 1 - Route 1-15, 51, 52, & 65 = MAR/ JUNE/ SEPT/ DEC
Section 2 - Route 16-30, 66, & 70 = JAN/ APRIL/ JULY/ OCT
Section 3 - Route 31-49, 67, & 80 = FEB/ MAY/ AUG/ NOV
Domestic bills are mailed out in the month listed and will be due the 20th of the following month. The domestic bills are white with blue printed boxes. The late notices are PINK bills.
Irrigation Assessments:
The irrigation assessment is mailed no later than mid-November for the current calendar year.
All or the first half of the irrigation assessment is due by December 20th. The second half is due June 20th of the following year.
Irrigation Assessments are printed on a full sheet and have green printed boxes. The reminder notices for the unpaid balance are printed on green full sheet. The reminder notices are mailed in May.
