I Recieved a Pink Domestic Bill.
The Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District sends out pink domestic bills to notify patrons their account is 120 days past due. If payment is not recieved by the due date the domestic water service will be turned off and $25 turn off/on fee will be applied to the account. Once the water service has been turned off for nonpayment the domestic account must be paid in full before the domestic water service will be turned back on.
