Understand that Paymentus Corporation (not LOID) will charge a $3.95 convenience fee. (Note: If your transaction is more than $300.00 you will need to make two payments and will be charged the $3.95 fee for each payment).

Understand that your payment will not be posted to your water bill account immediately, but will be posted approximately one-two business days after payment is made. (under normal circumstances)
