Locating Your Water Meter
Your water meter is usually located in the ground under a cast iron or plastic lid. The domestic water meter measures the amount of water used in your household. It's a good idea to learn how to read it in the event your want to verify the quarterly reading on your water bill or want to check for leaks between billing periods.
Access to Your Water Meter
Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District meter reader reads your domestic meter once every three months. Please keep the area around your meter clear of objects so we may access it when needed. In most cases the access to your meter is for meter reading, inspection, repair, installing, or maintenance.
